30-Second Review

5% Nutrition's high-stim original. One scoop is about 400mg of caffeine, 4g of L-citrulline, 3g of beta-alanine, 2g of taurine, and 150mg of bitter orange, which is about 15mg of synephrine. This is not a beginner pre.

The caffeine is about 400mg, for people who want a big stim. 3g of beta-alanine and 2g of taurine are written out. The tub is $48.90 for 30 servings, about $1.63 each. The limit is that 4g of citrulline is a step light for this much stimulant, and 150mg of bitter orange adds synephrine.
