I write for the desk. That means reading the label, looking at the blend, and putting the useful part into a guide someone can actually finish. Rankings stay independent. A brand does not get a better score by asking for one.

Questions & Answers
Rugby is the sport. Match days and practice are a normal week, and the gym is part of staying ready for that. Preworkout writeups are aimed at that kind of training, not a lab that never leaves the page.
The dose on the label comes first. If the blend is mostly flavor and a caffeine number with nothing behind it, the score should say so. A tub has to hold up on ingredients, price per serving, and how people actually feel after they train on it.
Cutting the fluff. A lot of supplement pages talk around the question. I would rather answer it, name who wrote it, and let the ranking stand on the formula.
