MRI Performance

30-Second Review

Black Powder by MRI Performance is a medium-stim pre-workout. MRI's flagship pre. One scoop is 150mg of caffeine (from anhydrous, di-caffeine malate, and citrate), 4g of creatine monohydrate, 1.5g of Creatine MagnaPower, 2g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 1g of betaine, 1g of taurine, 500mg of agmatine, 1g of choline bitartrate, 750mg of L-tyrosine, 150mg of AlphaSize alpha-GPC, 150mg of L-theanine, and 75mg of elevATP. MRI says one scoop for beginners and two for advanced users, which doubles everything. The powder is black from 100mg of activated charcoal. No citrulline.

One scoop gives you 4g of creatine monohydrate plus 1.5g of Creatine MagnaPower, so you can skip a separate creatine. Every dose is on the label, including 1g of choline bitartrate, 750mg of L-tyrosine, and 150mg of L-theanine alongside the caffeine. The tub is $29.99 for 30 servings, about $1.00 each. The limit is that there is no citrulline, so the pump leans on 500mg of agmatine alone.
