Nutricost's everyday pre. One scoop is 200mg of caffeine, 4g of L-citrulline, 2g of beta-alanine, 1.5g of taurine, and 750mg of Nitrosigine. Alpha-GPC is 200mg of 50% material, about 100mg actual, with 150mg of DMAE, 100mg of theobromine, and 200mcg of huperzine A. No creatine.

Every dose is written out. 200mg of caffeine is a normal medium dose. The tub is $21.95 for 30 servings, about $0.73 each. The limit is that 4g of citrulline and 2g of beta-alanine are both short of a full dose.
