Each 12oz can is 100mg of caffeine from tea and coffee extracts with a 5g amino blend (L-threonine, L-leucine, L-citrulline, L-theanine, L-alanyl-L-glutamine, taurine, and L-lysine) and 100mg of sodium, with 5 calories and zero sugar.

A light 100mg of caffeine you can drink in the afternoon without wrecking your sleep. 5g of amino acids and 100mg of sodium make it as much a hydration drink as an energy drink. The pack is $28.49 for 12 cans, about $2.37 each. The limit is that no citrulline or beta-alanine, so it won't do much for pump or endurance.
