Pre-Workout+ by Alani Nu is a high-stim pre-workout. Alani's stronger tub. One scoop is 300mg of caffeine from coffee-bean extract and di-caffeine malate, 200mg of L-theanine, 100mg of theobromine, 8g of citrulline malate, and 2g of beta-alanine. The pump is better than the original. The beta-alanine dose is still light.

8g of citrulline malate is a real step up from the regular Alani pre, and 300mg of caffeine is paired with 200mg of L-theanine. 200mg of choline and 100mcg of huperzine are written on the label. The tub is $44.99 for 30 servings, about $1.50 each. The limit is that 2g of beta-alanine is still under the 3.2g dose, and 300mg of caffeine is a lot if you are new to pre-workout.
