30-Second Review

SuperHuman by Alpha Lion is a high-stim pre-workout. A high-stim daily driver, not a 420mg specialty tub. One scoop of SuperHuman is 325mg of staged caffeine, 4g of L-citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine.

325mg of caffeine is split so some of it hits fast and the rest keeps you going. 4g of citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine, and 1g of agmatine are all listed. The tub is $39.99 for 21 servings, about $1.90 each. The limit is that 4g of citrulline is light next to Extreme's 6g.
