Each 16oz can is 300mg of caffeine anhydrous with Dynamine methylliberine, TeaCrine theacrine, beta-alanine, taurine, N-acetyl tyrosine, L-theanine, panax ginseng, AlphaSize alpha-GPC, and huperzine A, plus vitamins B6 and B12, with zero sugar. Only the caffeine has an amount on the can.
