C4 Ultimate Shred by Cellucor C4 is a high-stim pre-workout. C4 Ultimate with a fat-burner matrix. One scoop is 300mg of caffeine, 50mg of Dynamine, 10mg of TeaCrine, 1mg of rauwolfia, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 3g of L-citrulline, and 3g of arginine. The fat-burner side is 250mg of MitoBurn, 100mg of Oligonol, and a small cayenne dose.

You get 300mg of caffeine, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 1g of tyrosine, and 50mg of Dynamine on an open label. 250mg of MitoBurn and 100mg of Oligonol are at least dosed, not hidden.
