30-Second Review

Pre-Workout Max by Kaged Supplements is a high-stim pre-workout. The tingle-free Kaged tub. One scoop is 305mg of organic caffeine, 8g of L-citrulline, 3g of creatine monohydrate, 1.55g of tyrosine, and only 360mg of TriBsyn beta-alanine. Informed Sport tested. Buy it for the pump and the energy, not for beta-alanine.

8g of L-citrulline and 305mg of caffeine in one scoop. There is almost no beta-alanine, so you skip the tingles. The tub is $29.99 for 20 servings, about $1.50 each. The limit is that 360mg of beta-alanine is not a real endurance dose, and 3g of creatine is still short of a 5g daily dose.
