30-Second Review

Pre JYM by JYM Supp Science is a high-stim pre-workout. Jim Stoppani's original. One scoop is 300mg of caffeine, 6g of citrulline malate, 6g of BCAAs, 2g of creatine HCl, 2g of beta-alanine, 1.5g of betaine, and 150mg of alpha-GPC. The doses are honest. Several of them are still a step light.

The label is open: 6g of citrulline malate, 6g of BCAAs, 300mg of caffeine, and 150mg of alpha-GPC. You get a lot of flavors, and the formula has stayed consistent for years. The tub is $49.99 for 30 servings, about $1.67 each. The limit is that 2g of creatine HCl is not a 5g daily creatine dose, and 2g of beta-alanine is under the 3.2g dose.

Cons

2g of creatine HCl is not a 5g daily creatine dose, and 2g of beta-alanine is under the 3.2g dose
6g of citrulline malate is closer to 4g of actual citrulline, so the pump blend is smaller than the tub number
