30-Second Review

KXR OG by VMI Sports is a extreme-stim pre-workout. VMI's original high-stim. One scoop is 400mg of caffeine from anhydrous, citrate, and Infinergy, plus 3.2g of beta-alanine and 1.5g of taurine. The label is more honest than most extreme stims. It still skips citrulline, so buy it for the energy, not the pump.

400mg of caffeine and 3.2g of beta-alanine are both spelled out for you. The tub is $29.99 for 30 servings, about $1.00 each. The limit is that there is no citrulline, so the pump side of the formula is missing.
